North Fork Nets offers special pricing to qualified persons US Military & First Responders. Active duty and veteran military (all branches), police department, fire department, EMT, Paramedic, Healthcare workers, etc. Enrollment is by application, is not guaranteed and can be revoked at any time. Applications may take up to 2 weeks to review after submission. Enrollment lasts one year from acceptance of application. Applicants must be of age 18 years or older.
